The collection contains documents of Ernst Beiner and his family, including documents pertaining to his studies and work in pharmacy and dentistry, family photographs, and a file of material regarding his restitution claim against Germany after World War II. Also included are documents of the family of Biener's wife Fanny Beiner née Karpf.

The collection consists primarily of flyers, circulars, and offprints pertaining to the presence of the German Army in Poland during World War I and its relationship with the Jewish population in areas under its control. Also included is a 1915 proclamation of the united German and Austro-Hungarian armies addressing the Jews in Poland in Yiddish and in Hebrew (with German and English translations).

The collection contains documentation of Ruth DeJay née Warschawzik and Otto DeJay, formerly Otto Dietsche, including vital records, passports and identity cards, school certificates, military service records, correspondence, biographical notes, and family trees.
