Ernst Heinrich Picard collection
Documents relating to restitution for denied public education in the 1930s for Ernst (Ernest) H. Picard, such as his report card, a copy of his birth certificate, his Harvard medical school diploma (photocopy) and correspondence; 1935 - 1968. Also included are three dissertations required for medical degrees in Germany of Ernst Picard’s father Julius Picard (Heidelberg, circa 1920); Julius Picard’s father Hermann Picard (Strassburg, 1895); and Julius Picard’s father in law Isidor Dreyfuss (Strassburg, 1893).
Hans Epstein Collection
Papers of Hans Epstein (1905-1960), educator and historian. The collection consists of documents relating to Epstein's teaching activities during Nazi rule in Germany, and in New York during and after the Second World War; correspondence from before the emigration with individuals and organizations (including with Martin Buber, and Adolf Leschnitzer of the Reichsvertretung der Deutschen Juden); personal and business correspondence relating to immigration in 1938 and Epstein's work in New York; posters and postcards.
Jacob Bernays - Hans Bach Collection
Correspondence and other documents collected and written by Hans Bach for the publication of his book about Jacob Bernays and the history of German Jewish intellectual life in the 19th century. Also included are autographs pertaining to Jacob Bernays and materials about his father, Rabbi Chacham Isaac Bernays.

The Samuel Meyer Ehrenberg Collection contains correspondence in personal matters, a biographical manuscript and various documents concerning the family history.
Stern'sche Mädchen- Lehr- und Erziehungsanstalt Collection
This collection contains some recollections of the Stern School (Stern'sche Mädchen- Lehr- und Erziehungsanstalt) in Vienna, and of one its directors, Lilian Bader née Stern. There are also several lists of the schools' students from 1912 until the Anschluss.
Wilhelm Buchheim Collection
The collection contains various personal documents of Wilhelm Buchheim and numerous lectures he gave in English and German. Lectures in folder 2 include English language (held in London) "Does Anti-Semitism Affect the Character of the Jews?" and "Education in Germany" . Germany language lectures include "Das Jüdische Kind und seine Umwelt" "Apologetische Fragen im Religionsunterricht" "Die Neuordnung der Lehrerbildung." Folder 3 contains clippings, often on pedagogical topics, with some articles by Buchheim, others by Gustav Krojanker. The Jewish newspapers include "Gemeindeblatt Essen", "Jüdische Schulzeitung" and "Blätter fuer Erziehung und Unterricht."
