Bernard Eckstein Collection Addenda
The Bernard Eckstein Addenda Collection focuses on providing documentation of the life of the chemist Bernard Eckstein, especially his early life in Ulm, Germany, his education in England and the United States, and his military service during World War II. Documentation of the lives of his parents, brother, and other family members are also present. The collection includes official and personal documents, scrapbooks, family correspondence, biographical and autobiographical narratives, photographs, military documents, newspaper clippings, and other documents.
Kern-Martin Family Collection
The Kern-Martin Family Collection contains extensive family correspondence and documentation of members of the related Kern-Martin, Kern, Temple, and other families. Correspondence with friends, colleagues, and more distant relatives is included. Other family members' papers include many family photographs, education documents, writings and diaries, official documents, obituaries, and other papers.
Landschulheim Herrlingen Collection
The collection contains various original and copied materials pertaining to the boarding school ‘Landschulheim Herrlingen’, both from the period of its original, general clientele, 1926-1933, as well as from its Jewish form under Nazi rule.
