Biographical / Historical
Organized in New York in 1905 by immigrants from Kielce, Poland, as the Kieltzer Sick and Benevolent Society of Russian Poland, Inc. Maintained a loan fund for members. Provided housing for new arrivals. Associated with a ladies auxiliary, founded 1923, for charitable activity. Affiliated with the Kieltzer and Chenchiner Relief to aid landslayt. Changed to present name in 1954.
