Established in 1942 to "aid Jews in Warsaw and outlying cities; to give immediate aid to Warsaw Jews wherever they can be reached; to help the post-war reconstruction of the Warsaw Jewish community; to aid and centralize activities of Warsaw Jews in America." Sent delegates to Warsaw. Dissolved in the 1950s.
