Published in Di yidishe velt (Philadelphia), In zikh (N.Y), Naye lebn (N.Y.), Der tsvayg (Philadelphia), Hayntike lider (N.Y.) and in communist periodicals such as Der hamer, Morgn frayhayt (N.Y.), Sovietish haymland (Moscow). Born in Vitebsk district, Byelorussia. Immigrated to the U.S. in 1911 and lived in Philadelphia and New York.
