Biographical / Historical
Abraham Ain was the secretary of the Friends of Swislocz, a society of former residents of Swislocz (Sislovich, Svisloch), Poland. Ain collected these materials for his articles on the Jews of Swislocz, among them "Portrait of a Jewish Community in Eastern Europe" (YIVO Annual, Volume 4, 1949).
