Biographical / Historical
Founded in New York by immigrants from Zamechov (Zamekhov, Zamechow, Zamichov), Ukraine. Incorporated on May 31, 1912. Provided philanthropic aid. Functioned as a burial society. Society used the Mt. Hebron and Cedar Grove cemeteries in Queens, NY.
