Biographical Note

Bernhard (later: Bernard) Lichtenstein was born in 1918 in Graz, Austria. He was arrested in Vienna in April of 1938 and emigrated via Italy (Trieste) to Palestine, Where he served in the Royal Air Force. He owned a travel agency in Tel Aviv and eventually immigrated to the United States via Canada.
