This collection contains material about Isaak Bechhofer and his relatives, primarily concerning their immigration to the United States in the 1930s and post-war restitution claims.

The documents relating to Max Sternschein (1911-1980) are five weekly police registration forms for Laupheim, Baden Württemberg. The materials relating to Siegbert Wertheimer include immigration affidavits and supporting documents from Justin Weiker (a cousin) and Max Weikersheimer (a cousin). There are also two letters to Wertheimer, from Paul Lowenstein and Alfred Katzenstein. The Various folder contains a Haas family tree dated 2003; a postcard to Ruth and Gunther Bechhofer; and an undated translation of a German document relating to the Jews of Laupheim.
