Scope and Contents

The file contains newspaper clippings pertaining to the series of articles titled "A Nazi Travels to Palestine," and consists of two folders.

Folder I: the folder contains 12 articles of the series "A Nazi Travels to Palestine" (Ein Nazi fährt nach Palästina) by LIM, including photographs, from Der Angriff, n. 226-237, 25 September – 9 October 1934. The writer describes his voyage to Palestine as a National-Socialist, reporting on the Zionist development and activity in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and various settlements, and examining the possibility of mass Jewish migration to the country.

Folder II: the folder contains various responses to the "A Nazi Travels to Palestine" articles: photographs of the medallion produced to mark the voyage; a caricature in an unidentified Jewish paper (undated); articles from The Jerusalem Post and a letter from Werner Bloch, identifying the writer of the series as Leopold von Mildenstein (1961-1984).
