Welisch Family Collection

The collection contains documentation of the Welisch family of Graz, particularly Rudolf Welisch and Doris née Fleischmann and her parents Martin Fleischmann and Josefine née Borges. Included in the collection are vital records, identity cards, educational records, and photographs.

Folder 1 contains vital records, including birth certificates; marriage certificates; military certificates; citizenship decrees; residency certificates for the family in Graz and Manila; certificate of good conduct for Rudolf Welisch; letters of recommendation; certificate from the University of Graz stating that Doris Fleischmann completed three semesters of law school; identity card for Josefine Fleischmann; document certifying Josefine Fleischmann's refugee status; and statement by Rudolf and Doris Welisch regarding their families, citizenship, education, occupations, and skills.

Folder 2 contains various forms of identification for Martin, Josefine, and Doris Fleischmann, including identity cards; passports; and a school book for Doris Fleischamnn at the University of Graz.

Folder 3 contains educational records, including three school certificates for Rudolf Welsich and one school certificate for Doris Fleischmann.

Folder 4 contains photographs of Martin and Josefine Fleischmann and Rudolf and Doris Welisch, along with other unidentified family members.
