Alfred Neumann Collection
Scope and Content Note
This collection contains several short prose manuscripts and over 100 poems, some of them handwritten or with handwritten corrections. In some cases the short prose manuscripts indicate that they were used as the basis for potential film projects. The largest other group of material is correspondence, particularly with the writer Alexander Frey. In folder 1/1, however, are only letters from Neumann's wife Kitty; correspondence from Neumann himself can be found in the Autographs folders. There are also several photographs, a bibliography of Neumann's print and cinematic works, some publicity materials, and a couple of clippings.
