Folder 2 contains miscellenaous material on Dr. Julius Hirschberg, famous eye specialist at the University of Berlin; bronze plaque in honor of Hirschberg (not microfilmed); manuscript by Hirschberg; articles by Max Michaelis, father of Anne Michaelis Schwab, professor of medicine at the University of Berlin. Folder 4 contains family tree of Michael Hirsch Michaelis family from Guelzow and letters by Paul Ehrlich to Dr. Max Michaelis.

Max Michaelis was a professor at the University of Berlin and a well known physician. On of his patients was General von Moltke.
