Biographical Note
Oskar Weitzmann and his wife Leontyna (née Besen) were photographers in Vienna. Their daughter Fritzi married Herbert Owens.
Herbert Oppenheim was born in Vienna in 1924. His father was deported to Dachau in 1938. He was released in 1939 and immigrated with his son to New York. The family changed its last name to Owens.
