Biographical Note

Julius Mann was a lawyer and leading figure in the Jewish community of Stettin, noted as a co-founder of the Hilfsverein der deutschen Juden. He was born in Bernstein in der Neumark (now Pełczyce, Poland) in 1853, and died in 1831 in Stettin (today Szczecin, Poland)
