Scope and Content Note

List of names of Jewish residents & businesses of Gedern and Ober-Seemen as of 1933.

Also included are photographs of the Jewish cemetery of Ober-Seemen before and after its restoration in 2002, taken by Siegfried Schnell in March 2004: 180 photographs of 89 gravestones (front and verso) are organized in four parts based on their physical arrangement in four rows; see the map at the start of part 1.
