This collection contains the personal papers of Evelyn Klapholtz. The bulk of this collection consists of genealogical information and material related to her family. There is additional material related to the sephardic community in New York City.
The collection was arranged so that additional material could be added at a later date. Therefore the categories of arrangement were imposed by the archivist processing the collection and did not derive from any pre-affixed arrangement.
Due to the small size of this collection there is no need to divide it into series for accessibility. Instead the contents have been foldered with like material and arranged in a alphabetical and chronological manner. There are several folders in this collection.
