Solomon Eudovich papers
Scope and Content Note
Collection contains miscellaneous papers and correspondence, in both Hebrew and Yiddish, pertaining primarily to Eudovich's emigration from Vilna to England and South America (1905), and to his career as a shochet (ritual slaughterer) in Argentina (1905-1913) and Cleveland (1919-1936).It also includes a Hebrew manuscript of a treatise on "The 613 Commandments," as well as Yiddish sermons.
