Biographical Note
Shlomo H. Bardin (1898-1976), born in Zhitomir, Russia, was Director of Brandeis Camp Institute, the Brandeis Youth Foundation, and Camp Alomin. He also served as founder and Director of the Haifa Nautical School and Haifa Technical School during the 1930s. He authored "Pioneer Youth in Palestine," and "Jews and the Sea.".
