Spritzer, Victor, 1898-1952

Scene 1 only. On loose leaves of notepaper. Dated on last page, Buenos Aires, Jewish year 5688 (1927/1928), in Hebrew characters. Included is a letter from the author (stamped no. 174606), dated Moisés Ville, Argentina, 19 March 1928, addressed to Nachman Mayzel, editor of Literarishe bleter (Warsaw), indicating that he was enclosing the first scene of his new drama "Der mishpet," for possible publication in the journal. Among other things, he mentions another drama he was writing, entitled "Talyon." The leaves have original numbering p. 1-16.
