Arnold Taenzer Collection
The Arnold Tänzer Collection documents the work and life of this German rabbi. The collection contains the handwritten manuscript for Nahida Ruth Lazarus's autobiography Ich suchte dich, which was published by Verlag Siegfried Cronbach in 1898. Also included is a handwritten and signed postcard from Lazarus to Arnold Tänzer regarding the health of her husband Moritz Lazarus; a handwritten and signed postcard from Lazarus to Arnold Lazarus with mention of a new book about her husband Moritz Lazarus entitled Lazarus, der Begründer der Völkerpsychologie; and handwritten and signed letter from Lazarus detailing a lecture tour on which she embarked.
