Wassermann family

This collection contains material about David Weiler and his family, including vital documents and photographs. It also contains translations by Paul Engelmann of Hebrew poems into German.

The collection consists mainly of published and unpublished reminiscences about the author Jakob Wassermann by journalists and remote family mebers. Also included are two original autographs by Wassermann himself.

The Paul Egon Cahn Collection holds personal and official papers of Paul Egon and Senta Ilse Cahn and their families, as well as about one thousand personal and family photographs.

The Wassermann Family Collection contains information on the entire Wassermann family. Prominent topics include the family history and life and death of individual family members. The collection consist of birth certificates, death certificates, and books of condolence, identification papers, academic documentations, emigration papers, photographs, family history documents, memoirs, and a family tree.
